I have, so far, completed The 21-Day Journey to Calm Aliveness, Letting Go and Detoxification, and Beyond Trauma - Moving From Stuck Places into Movement as Life. I am currently enrolled in Early Childhood Attachment Pain and Issues with The Gut.
Each module is a 6 week intensive.
